Bethany Bednarz may be new to property management, but she’s already making a big impact with her positive attitude, people-first approach, and love for all things local. She’s passionate about making property management feel a little more personal and a lot less stressful.

How did you get started and what’s your favorite part of working in property management?
This is my first role in property management, and it’s already been such a rewarding experience. One of my favorite parts so far is getting to meet so many new people.
What’s one piece of advice you always give to property owners?
Invest back into your property, it always pays off in the long run when you take extra care of your property.

What’s your favorite thing about working and living in Waco?
I love the small town feel of Waco, and there is always something going on almost every weekend.

What’s a common misconception about property management, and how do you address it?
A common misconception is that managing a property on your own is easier and more cost-effective. In reality, having a professional team in your corner takes a huge weight off your shoulders. We handle the day-to-day details, so owners can enjoy the benefits of their investment without the stress and time commitment.
What do you think will be the biggest challenge for property owners in the next 5 years? How can they address it?
The market is always a challenge for property owners. The key is learning to stay flexible, understanding what you’re comfortable with, and making decisions that keep you within those boundaries.
What do you find most rewarding about helping property owners and tenants?
Knowing that what I do takes the stress off of them, and I am able to make their lives easier.
